- Whilst we try and ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on this Website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered, we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or canceling it. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.

Linamax Appliances Strives best to provide you with an efficient and hassle-free delivery process. We take precautions to make sure your products are delivered to you safely by our third-party delivery partners.
Nairobi & Nairobi Outskirts: 1-2 business days from order confirmation
Up Country: 2-5 business days from order confirmation

Charges (in KES) are based on the cumulative weight of you order and the delivery location:

Linamax appliances only replace your ordered items if:
– The items are proven to be dead on arrival (not working due to factory fault or other)
– There are damages to the item caused by reasons other than mishandling by the final recipient
To request a replacement – kindly call +254 708 539 588 and share your order details in advance.
In the event a replacement is eminent we will bear the delivery cost for the replacement portion. We will need to collect the faulty item(s), inspect the items and advise you accordingly.
Incase we are unable to replace an item within 7 business days from your we will refund you the total value paid in full inclusive of all delivery charges and taxes.
All our appliances and electronics come with a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated. Goods under warranty are subject to terms and conditions which are available on the physical copy inside the box.
